The convenience and availability was great, however, the coffee was weak, muffins were not individually wrapped, and customers left a mess without cleaning up after. Did not stay for a full breakfast so I am unable to provide a total review.

omg! we loved everything. the room was so nice and clean...I actually said this is the cleanest hotel I've ever been in! the bar is so nice and have drink specials and acoustic singing. the staff was all so nice and friendly. the property is perfect for walking everywhere and has a beautiful patio out back. we would love to come back again :)

The young woman who worked the counter when I checked in was extremely impressive. I used to be in the IT helpdesk industry and the way she conducted herself on the phone with guests was incredible. I was just waiting to check in and heard how she handled the call she was on. Same thing later on when I, an IT guy, couldn't figure out the wifi. She was again on the phone with a guest but somehow we communicated non-verbally and I looked closer.... the check box at the top... I will probably use this interaction with her later to write training manuals. If you are ever visiting or participating in any Carlisle car show, I recommend this hotel.

I went to college in Shippensburg as did my son. We love the area for it outdoor activities. This hotel is perfect for our needs regarding location, ample parking, price, and comfort! Room was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable!

The restaurant and bar on site ! Really nice food and very friendly servers who knew what they were doing. Also the parking around the back of the building was very convenient.

It was good when we able to eat it on Friday (opened 0600). On Saturday, during a major car event 20 miles away, the breakfast did not start until 0700 which was too late for us and most of the guests who were attending same. Was disappointed with that and, in the opinion of myself and everyone I talked to, you should rethink that. Paid a premium rate and had to stop, waste time and pay more for a breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel was clean. The woman who checked us in was very helpful. The appearance of the lobby was veryclassy. The University Grille had excellent food and service. Thebed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

The location was in the corner of the lobby so it got a little crowded when too many people were there. They should have had more people available to replenish the items. The front desk person was trying to keep up with front desk duties and the breakfast
